ASCE Multi-Region Conference:
Our Secretary - AJ Smith, Vice-President - Kris Ruggles, and I attend the Multi-Region Leadership Conference last Friday and Saturday in Cleveland Ohio.  We had the pleasure of attending several informational sessions and gained many new ideas for activities and outreach.

As part of our new plan to make stronger connection with the student chapters we treated the Ohio University, Ohio State University and Ohio Northern Students to dinner on Friday night at the Blue Point Grill on West Sixth Street.

We are happy to announce the publication of Issue #68 of the Younger Member Newsletter. The Committee on Younger Members (CYM) publishes this newsletter three times per year in an effort to keep Younger Members apprised of successful events, upcoming activities, award deadlines, and contact information. We also include Student Members on our distribution list as our way of illustrating the potential resources Younger Members provide to students and encouraging their involvement in Younger Member activities, both now and after graduation. One of the primary functions of CYM is to ease the transition of Student Members into the mainstream of ASCE.
