*Topic:* Caisson Failure Case Study



Bill will present his expert witness testimony in a case involving a
caisson failure resulting in approximately 6” of settlement and significant
damage to the building. The presentation will cover the many problems
contributing to the failure and the “red flags” that went unaddressed by
the parties involved, including the structural engineer, geotechnical
engineer and inspection agency.  The presentation will close with an
interactive discussion on how lessons learned can be applied and
preventative measures taken to protect your own projects.  SEAoO and ASCE
