2008 Ohio Engineers Legislative Day

Date & Time:
Tue, 06/10/2008 - 10:00am
Location:
The Capital Club, 41 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215

The Ohio Council of ASCE and OSPE are presenting a joint legislative day program on June 10, 2008.

The event will be held in Columbus, at the Capital Club, Huntington Center, 41 S. High St. (http://www.capitalcolumbus.com) directly across from the Ohio Statehouse. It is, in part, funded from Ohio Council assessments and ASCE National grant. We think this will be an exciting and worthwhile event this year, with the State taking action on the economic stimulus / infrastructure package in the legislature and with the upcoming Clean Ohio bond issue on the November ballot. We hope to have representation from ASCE across the entire state, and to make good use of the legislative action funding from our members, both locally and nationally. Please plan to attend this year. Use the attached brochure to register by June 3. There is no cost for ASCE members and you can obtain 4 PDHs for this program. But space is limited, so don't delay, sign up early.
