Ohio University 6th Semi-Annual ASCE Golf Outing

Dear Ohio University Civil Engineering Alumnus, Faculty & Friends,

The Ohio University chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers would like to invite you to a student, faculty, and alumni 4-man golf scramble. ASCE is using this fundraiser as an event to help finance our chapter’s many projects, competitions, and other activities. Prizes will be awarded to winners complimentary of our sponsors and this event will be followed by the ASCE Fall Social that night. Please join in for food, fun, drinks and plenty of good times.

When: Saturday, September 29th, 2012, at 10:00 am

Where: The Ohio University Golf Course in Athens, Ohio

Cost:
Alumni - $80 Faculty - $80 Students - $50

Prizes: Contests will include:
Scramble
Individual Long Drive
Individual Closest to the Pin
Individual Longest Putt

Teams should consist of 4 people, however if three participants are unable to obtain a fourth, a student shall be paired with you. There shall be one scorecard per a team, and teams will be created on a fair handicap. If you would like to participate please fill out the attached form and mail it back with your check, made out to “Ohio University ASCE”, attached. It will be $80 for Alumni and Faculty and $50 for students. This fee includes a cart for 18 holes, snacks, beverages, dinner and a social hosted by Broney’s Alumni Grill. Registration and participation fees must be in by Friday, September 4th.

Also, we are looking for organizations to help sponsor this event. If your organization is interested in helping sponsor the event or donating prizes, please read and fill out the attached sponsorship form.
