Speaker: Richard Hartman, Ph.D., P.E., Hartman Engineering
Richard Hartman is a leading international expert in the design and construction of steel sheet pile structures. Dr. Hartman is licensed as a professional engineer in 38 states and has over 40 years of experience in the subject. For the past 15 years he has been involved in the research and design of new sheet pile sections and, based on that research, holds four patents for sheet piling sections.
