Carlos has more than 19 years of experience in structural engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Ohio, with experience in the analysis and design of several types of buildings for different design conditions such as high wind, snow, flooding, adverse soils, and earthquakes. Carlos has extensive design experience both in ground up construction, additions, remodels, and rehabilitation of existing buildings in the US and Canada.

He earned his B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, PR.

Carlos is a Senior Structural Project Engineer with WD Partners in Dublin, OH.
