Mark obtained his BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He has nine years’ experience working with water resources projects for federal, state and local clients. Mark has extensive experience with FEMA’s Map MOD and Risk MAP programs, performing map updates, flood studies, and community outreach meetings all over the country. Some example projects include hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood insurance study and rate map production, flood insurance permit preparation and review, storm sewer design / renovation, dam breach analysis, and dam spillway modeling.

While a student at The Ohio State University, Mark was a member of The National Civil Engineering Honor Society of Chi Epsilon. He was also a member of The National Engineering Honor Society of Tau Beta Pi, and The Golden Key National Honor Society. He was also a four year Varsity Letter winner and Scholar Athlete.

Mark is a project manager with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
