Brooks obtained his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton and has 14 years of experience in the civil engineering field. Brooks is a partner at Korda/Nemeth Engineering, Inc. and leads the transportation group serving ODOT, County, City, and other public agency clients on highway, bridge, survey, and right of way projects. Experience also includes all phases of project development on civil, infrastructure, and public works projects for the private sector and public agencies, including project development from preliminary design to final design and through construction. Project manager on transportation and bridge projects, coordinating client communications as well as in-house staff and sub-consultants. Leads new project pursuits and technical project approach submittals. In addition to ODOT training, involvement with all types of projects provides familiarity with various project development processes and procedures.

Specialties: Complete development of roadway design including urban and rural roads, streets, highways and bikeways, utilities, maintenance of traffic and traffic control, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, stormwater management, water lines, erosion and sediment control. Project services also include scheduling, cost estimating, specifications, environmental coordination, environmental document preparation, and permit applications.
