Mr. Navabi has more than 28 years of experience in designing and managing civil and environmental engineering projects of multi-million dollar public works utilities and facilities for nationwide activities of US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), NASA and many small to large municipal entities and communities of Ohio, Indiana and Michigan (including cities of Columbus and Indianapolis). His management practice encompasses phases from conducting feasibility studies to design and to construction administration completion. As Director of Public Works for Lansing, MI, he directed capital improvement projects with total operating annual budgets of up to $100 million. With most experience as a consultant, he has provided lead design and specification preparations, project management and multi-discipline program management. In 2001, Mr. Navabi received ‘Engineering Excellence Merit Award’ from MSPE & ACEC for $21M ‘GM Infrastructure Efficient Construction Management’.

Mr. Navabi is a Fellow with the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a Diplomate of Water Resources Engineering by the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE), and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers (AAEE). He earned his BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Civil Engineering Project Management from Lamar University, and he is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, Connecticut and Kentucky.

Mr. Navabi is currently Division Manager for Civil Water Resources Discipline and a Senior Project Manager with Prime Engineering, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio.
